About Us
Honoring the Classical Pilates Method with Purpose and Precision
We are proud to be the first studio in Puerto Rico exclusively dedicated to Classical Pilates — as originally taught by Joseph Pilates. Our mission is to preserve the integrity of the method, deliver expert instruction, and support each client’s journey toward lasting strength, balance, and confidence.

We are not a rehabilitation center. We are a movement studio, where the classical method lives in its full form, practiced with intention, taught with depth, and guided by expertise.
What We Offer
Whether you're just starting or refining your practice, we offer private and semi-private sessions (maximum of 4 clients) tailored to your individual goals. You’ll work on authentic classical apparatus — Reformer, Tower, Wunda Chair, and Mat, Spine Corrector and accesories — using equipment from Contrology, and Gratz. Our equipment comes from the most respected classical manufacturers.
This is Pilates as it was meant to be practiced — intentional, effective, and transformative.
